[Arizona Xpert] button is not active

There are several reasons why you cannot open a job in the Onyx Thrive RIP Queue in the Arizona Xpert Engine

Diagnose / Action

The file is not a PDF file.

  1. Open the Adobe program that you have used to create the file.

  2. Save the file as a PDF file.

  3. Re-open the file in Onyx Thrive RIP Queue.

The file has been created with the Job Editor of ONYX Thrive.

If that is the case, the file is no longer a PDF file, even if they were initially PDF files when you imported them in the Job Editor.

Re-open the original PDF file directly in the RIP Queue.

The file has the status [Waiting to Print] in the RIP Queue.

Click on the [Hold job] button on the left to change the status to [On Hold].

The file is in the archived area in the RIP Queue.

Right-click on the job and select [Process/Print] to move the job to the active queue.
