下載資料記錄檔

簡介

在當地服務代表要求下，您可以透過 Settings Editor 下載印刷機的資料記錄檔。

開啟 Settings Editor。
按一下[Support] → [Troubleshooting] 。
點選[Create or download log file with report / trace files] 。此時會開啟視窗。
註
您必須以系統管理員的身分登入才可更改某些設定。如需詳細資訊，請參閱以系統管理員的身分登入。
點選[Create or download log file with report / trace files] 按鈕。ZIP 檔案建立完成。

註
ZIP 檔案建立時間可能長達 30 分鐘。您可點選[Ok] 關閉視窗，然後再按一下[Create or download log file with report / trace files] ，隨時檢查是否已經有 ZIP 檔案。
按一下檔案即可下載。儲存檔案。
點選[Create or download log file with report files] 。此時會開啟視窗。
點選[Create or download log file with report files] 按鈕。ZIP 檔案建立完成。
按一下檔案即可下載。儲存檔案。
將這些檔案傳送給當地的服務代表。
