Configure the [Remote Assistance]

Introduction

You can enable remote assistance in this menu.

The ORS (= "On Remote Service") client is always installed and [Remote Assistance] ([Team Viewer] ) is an optional feature in the installer.

NOTE

If you did not install the Remote Assistance package, you will not be able to enable it.

Obtaining the [Serial Number] of Cloud Proxy

The [Serial Number] of the Cloud Proxy is displayed on this dialog box.

When requested, use the button to copy the [Serial Number] into the clipboard of your device.

Remote Service

Remote Service access can be disabled using the toggle button (by default, it is enabled).

Regardless of the setting, you can always use the button to retrieve the status of the network connection between Cloud Proxy and the ORS (= "On Remote Service").

[Remote Assistance]

[Remote Assistance] can be enabled using the toggle button (by default, it is disabled).

  • Enabled - you will be able to use the [Team Viewer] application for sharing the content of desktop.

  • Disabled - [Team Viewer] cannot be used to share the content of the desktop.
