Sharp OD/gloss lines for a single mono-colour and its corresponding mixed colours.

A single light line (doesn’t repeat in next swath)?

Detected too late for compensation in that swath.

Cannot be solved (a slower print mode will reduce the problem).

A light line that repeats in multiple swaths, high quality mode or better.

Probably undetected nozzle failure or side shooter.

Run maintenance + nozzle optimisation.

Dark/light/gloss lines (single mono-colour/not at swath boundary)

Probably compensated nozzle failure, but still (somewhat) visible.

Run maintenance + nozzle optimisation (to prevent the nozzle failure).

Try a different print mode/strategy (to reduce visibility)

Many lines or a thin band, doesn’t go away after manual maintenance

Run printhead diagnostic (?) test chart and call service
