Create a new DocBox

Introduction

Follow the instructions to create a new DocBox.

NOTE

Only the System Administrator is allowed to create a new DocBox in the Settings Editor.

Procedure

  1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Workflow]  → [DocBox]

    [DocBox] tab
  2. Click [Add]

    [DocBox] menu
    NOTE

    Log in as System Administrator.

  3. Enter the [Name of DocBox folder].

    NOTE

    Identical DocBox names are not allowed.

  4. If you want to secure the new DocBox with a PIN, check the [PIN enabled] checkbox and enter a PIN to secure the DocBox.

  5. Confirm the PIN.

  6. Click [OK].
