You can restart the system via the Settings Editor (under [Support] -> [Troubleshooting] ) or via the control panel.

Restart the system

Touch [System] -> [Setup] -> [Shut down printer].
The control panel displays the message [Are you sure you want to shut down the printer?].
Touch [Restart].
