The prtGeneralGroup consist of the prtGeneralTable which has one prtGeneralEntry for the printer. The prtGeneralEntry contains the following supported objects:

This object has a fixed value of “0”.

prtGeneralCurrentOperator

Contains a concatenated list of the logged-in users on the control panel. Usernames are shown in UPN (User Principal Name, i.e. user@domain, e.g. bill.yeti@walkingstick.kathmandu.np).

Corresponds to “Phone number of Service” in the Settings Editor.

This object has a fixed value of “1”.

This object counts the total number of critical alert events that are recorded in the alert table. The value of this object is RESET after a power cycle operation.
