Manage the media

Edit

1. Select a media and click [Edit].

2. Edit the media properties and click [OK] to save the changes.

   You can edit the properties of any media in the [Media Catalog]. If the media is used in your document, the media properties in the document are not changed. If you want to use the edited media in the document, then you must assign the concerning media to the document.

Delete

1. Select a media and click [Delete].

   You can delete media from the [Media Catalog]. If the media is used in your document, the media is not deleted from your document.

Add to pick list

You can add media to the pick list. The pick list is a subset of the media catalogue. It allows quick assignment of media to selected pages without having to open the media catalogue.

1. Move the switch in front of the media to add the media to the pick list. The media is available in the pick list when you see the tick. The media is not available when you see the cross.

Search media

• Use the text field to filter the media on typed text. Use the two drop-down lists to refine the filter using media size and media weight.

  Only those media are shown that match the criteria of the filter.

• Click [Reset].

  The filter is removed and all media is displayed.
