Folding is activated by the Fold page device parameter, as follows:
0: No folding
1: Fold at device deactivation, i.e. next changed pagedevice. (Not supported)
2: Fold per sub-set
Supported, depending on fold type.
3: Fold per sub-set
Supported, depending on fold type.
4: Fold after each sheet
In addition, OutputType must be set to Auto, or to any tray which supports folding.
When folding is activated, the fold options can be specified in the FoldDetails dictionary:

PrintInside is optional and has a default value of false.
If FoldMediaSize is specified, only formats falling within the standard tolerance (5 points) of the given size is folded. If not specified, all sheets are folded.
Multi-folding (folding several pages together) is specified by setting /Fold to 2 or 3, while sheet folding is specified by setting /Fold to 4. A sheet that is to be folded is required as short edge feed.
