The following signals of the CCI are supported:
ENABLE signal (credit / no credit signal)
The ENABLE line is active when there are one or more credits available. The line becomes inactive when no more credits are available.
COUNT_PULSE signal
COUNT_PULSE decreases the available credits with one. When there are no credits left the ENABLE lines becomes inactive.
No credits are available when a user takes out the CCD card.
The TEST_DEBIT and HOLD_CARD signals are not supported.
Timing specification on the COUNT_PULSE signal for the Océ VarioPrint 6000 Series:
Pulse duration > 50 ms
Pulse repetition < 10 Hz
The total time needed to count the largest format may not be larger than the time required to print the smallest format. Else, the next click would have to take place during the previous click.
