The log level defines which log information is sent to the log files of the application and System administration. Any errors and fatal errors are always sent to the log files.
The [All] log level provides the most detailed log information. The [All] log level can impact the performance of the application.

The [Diagnostics Package Tool] collects all relevant data required to diagnose PRISMAprepare in a ZIP file. The ZIP file also contains the log files.
Open the [Diagnostics Package Tool].
Click [Browse].
Browse to a location to save the log files.
Type a name for the ZIP file and click [Save].
The tool also collects a number of entries in the registry. Therefore, the message "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" appears three times. Click "Yes" when this message appears.
Close the tool.
To diagnose the log files, you have to unzip the file and search for "*.log". Open the log files in a text editor, for example, Notepad.
