[Saved demonstrations]

It is possible to save a personalized demonstration for future use. For example to prepare a demonstration for a specific customer or business case.

Each user can save a maximum of 3 demonstrations.

For each Saved demonstration the next functions are available:

Function	Description
[Delete]	Remove the Saved demonstration
[Rename]	Change the name of the Saved demonstration
[Schedule]	Schedule the demonstration for future usage. You can schedule a demonstration with the start time up to 1 hour prior to your intended demonstration time. Use this function if you know the time of the usage in the future. NOTE The advantage is that you can always start the demonstration immediately at the time you reserved. See Schedule a demonstration
[Display schedules]	Navigate to the Schedule list where you can see, edit, or delete the schedules for this demonstration. See The Schedules list.
[Start]	Start a Saved demonstration. The startup time depends on the product (about 5-10 minutes). Use this function if you need to run an ad-hoc demonstration. See Start an ad-hoc demonstration.
