Assign media

In this exercise, you assign media to the pages of the document.

1. Click [File]  → [Open]  and open the file Tacx Manual.pdf.

   NOTE

   The sections (chapters) appear automatically, generated from the bookmarks in the PDF file.

2. In the left pane, select the [Document] workspace.

3. Select the [Thumbnail pages view] at the bottom of the preview .

4. Select the first page and click the [From media catalogue] button. The media catalogue opens. Select a media for the first page: A4, pink or yellow.

   

5. In the structure view, the [Media] column displays the media for the first page. PRISMAprepare creates an 'ghost page' for the back side of the sheet.

6. Select page 41 and from the menu select [Pages]  → [1-sided] . The page is set to simplex, and the blank backside page between page 41 and 42 displays a red icon:
