/PrintInside is optional. The default is false.
If /FoldMediaSize is specified, only those sheets are folded that have a size within the standard tolerance (5 points) of the given size. If /FoldMediaSize is not specified, all sheets are folded.
Multi-fold is folding several pages together. Set /Fold to 2 or 3 to specify multi fold. Set /Fold to 4 to specify single sheet fold.
Folding requires short edge feed orientation.
