Grant access for service

Introduction

For troubleshooting, the service representative may ask you to grant access to the application. This feature is only available to users having an administrative role.

For the duration of this period of time, the service representative will be able to access all the available applications.

Procedure:

  1. Press the button.

  2. Select [Service access] from the menu.

  3. A dialogue with all the available products is shown.

    Check the box corresponding to the product you want to grant access.



  4. Select the start date and time for the permissions to be active.

    The button [Now] discards any changes performed on the date or time controls and sets both of them to the current date and time.

  5. Select the duration for the effect of the access rights (minimum 4 hours, maximum one whole day).

  6. Provide a reason for requesting assistance in the [Problem description:] field.

  7. Close the dialogue:

    • [OK]

      Access is granted for the selected duration for all the selected products.

    • [Cancel]

      Discards the operation, no changes are performed.
