Before you use PRISMAsync Remote Control

Check your smartphone

PRISMAsync Remote Control is available for smartphones with Google Android 8.0 and higher, iOS 12.5.5 or higher.

Create a user account

You need a Microsoft or Google account to use the PRISMAsync Remote Control app. On the Microsoft or Google website you can create a new account.

NOTE

You can use this user account for all PRISMAsync cloud service applications.

Contact the system administrator

The system administrator needs to:

• Configure and enable PRISMAsync Remote Control at a printer.

• Register printers for cloud services.

• Add cloud service users.

  The administrator needs your email address to register you for PRISMAsync Remote Control.

The system administrator must have the access right: [Full access to administration tasks].
