Clean the Z-sensors in the registration input module (Z2)

Open the right door of the print module. The location of z-sensor (2) is indicated in the picture.

Squeeze the green handle together to open the paper guide.

Use the red handle to open and hold the Z-sensor unit.

1. Take five cleaning cloths and fold the cloths in half.

2. Move the folded cloths over the lower sensors three times.

3. Take five new cleaning cloths, fold the cloths in half, and move the folded cloths over the upper sensors three times.

NOTE

You cannot easily get access to these Z-sensors.

Gently close the Z-sensor unit.

Use the green handle to close the paper guide.

Close the front door of the print module.
