Example:
The account information is logged on a ‘per job’ basis. The total figures for each job are logged.
The account log file only contains the ink usage for the job contents. Ink used for cleaning, spit, purge, etc is not accounted.
Floating point numbers are truncated to two decimals. For example: 0.019 m² becomes 0.01 m².
When a job contains a mix of colour and b/w pages, the total black ink usage in the job is the sum of Inkblack and Inkcolorblack.
New account information is logged in the first available fields in the .csv file. Therefore, when you import the .csv file in a spreadsheet programme, you have to scroll to the right of the sheet to find the new entries.
The precision for surface area and length is extended to 0.01 m²/m to avoid logging ‘0’ for small jobs.
The length is measured in the feed direction of the pages.
The counter for ColorGrip liquid takes all pages into account, both colour and b/w pages.
There is no relation between the billing counters and the accounting counters. The billing counters take all usage for ‘making the job’ into account, including maintenance, spit, etc. The accounting counters only take the actual job usage into account.
Insert sheets are accounted as 1-sided black and white pages. No ink is accounted for insert sheets, only the surface area and the page length.
