When your local Service representative requests it, you can enable extended printhead logging.
When you enable this setting, the server stores additional information about the printheads. This setting will automatically be disabled after 30 days.
Procedure
Open the settings editor.
Click on
[Support] → [Troubleshooting].
Click on the value next to [Extended printhead logging]. A window opens.
