If, for any reason, you need some troubleshooting help, use the [Allow service access] function from the menu. You will have to select the application that you want to share with the service representative. This access has a time limit, and you can select any of the predefined time intervals.
Once the option is active, a reminder will be shown in all the selected applications, for the whole duration of the request. You can dismiss the reminder at any time.
During this time, the application cards on the starting portal page will be visibly marked.
The contact associated with your tenant as the service contact will receive an email message and will have access to your environment.
They can forward the invitation to a different representative who has similar rights.
The account of the user providing the remote assistance will have the same permissions as any member of your tenant's [Administrators] group.
If your Cloud Proxy installation contains the [Remote Assistance] module, you will be able use [Team Viewer] to let the service representative connect remotely to your screen.
