Adobe Illustrator cannot export designs that contain reserved spot/channel names.
If the swatches associated with your design contain one or more unsupported spot colours (beginning with “OCESFX_”) and you click on [Export to PDF], the following message will be displayed: [The document contains unsupported channel names. Spot names beginning with OCESFX_ are not supported. Before you export to PDF, make sure you rename them.].
NOTE
This message will be displayed even if the unsupported spot colours are not used in your design.
