创建 Microsoft 365 外部位置并点击确定后，打印机将验证配置：它检查与 Microsoft 365 云服务器的连接。如果失败，将显示错误消息。如果是 Microsoft 365 特定错误，则此错误消息为 Microsoft 信息。这些消息将始终以英文显示。
注释
如果验证失败，可以将配置保存在 WebTools Express 中，稍后再更正。如果在此期间在打印机上使用该外部位置，则打印机的用户面板上将显示 Microsoft 365 错误消息。
