Quando cria uma localização externa do Microsoft 365 e clica em OK, a impressora verifica a configuração: verifica a conetividade ao servidor de nuvem Microsoft 365. Se isto falhar, é exibido um erro. Se se tratar de um erro específico do Microsoft 365, esta mensagem de erro é uma mensagem da Microsoft. Estas estão sempre em inglês.
NOTA
Se a verificação falhar, pode guardar a configuração no WebTools Express e corrigi-la mais tarde. Se, entretanto, esta localização externa for utilizada na impressora, a mensagem de erro do Microsoft 365 será apresentada no painel de controlo da impressora.
Em função da mensagem de erro, realize as verificações propostas na tabela seguinte para resolver o problema.
