Lorsque vous créez un emplacement externe Microsoft 365 et que vous cliquez sur OK, l'imprimante vérifie la configuration : elle contrôle la connexion établie avec le serveur cloud Microsoft 365. En cas d'échec, une erreur s'affiche. S'il s'agit d'une erreur propre à Microsoft 365, il s'agit d'un message de Microsoft. Ces messages sont toujours rédigés en anglais.
REMARQUE
Si la vérification échoue, vous pouvez enregistrer la configuration dans WebTools Express et la corriger par la suite. Si, pendant ce temps, cet emplacement externe est utilisé sur l'imprimante, le message d'erreur Microsoft 365 s'affiche sur le panneau de commande de l'imprimante.
Conformément à ce message d'erreur, effectuez les vérifications proposées dans le tableau suivant pour résoudre le problème.
