Po vytvoření externího umístění Microsoft 365 a kliknutí na tlačítko OK tiskárna ověří konfiguraci: zkontroluje připojení ke cloudovému serveru Microsoft 365 . Pokud se to nepodaří, zobrazí se chyba. Pokud se jedná o chybu související s Microsoft 365, pak je tato chybová zpráva zprávou Microsoft. Ty jsou vždy v angličtině.
POZNÁMKA
Pokud se ověření nezdaří, můžete konfiguraci uložit do aplikace WebTools Express a opravit ji později. Pokud je toto externí umístění mezitím použito na tiskárně, zobrazí se na uživatelském panelu tiskárny chybová zpráva Microsoft 365.
Podle obsahu chybové zprávy proveďte kontroly navržené v následující tabulce, abyste vyřešili problém.
