Print the remote diagnostics chart

Only print the remote diagnostics chart if requested by your local Canon representative.

Print the remote diagnostics chart

1. On the control panel, touch: [System]  → [Maintenance]  → [Go to maintenance tasks] .

2. Select [Remote diagnostics chart 12x18] or [Remote diagnostics chart SRA3].

3. Read the text and touch [Start].

4. Select the paper tray and touch [OK]

   The printer prints the diagnostics chart.

NOTE

The diagnostics chart is automatically scanned and temporarily stored for remote diagnostics purposes by your local Canon representative.

The printed sheets can be discarded after printing.
