Ink Leakage Tray

Introduction

Arizona printers can be equipped with two Ink leakage Trays. The trays are placed beneath the connections of the ink bags, the ink filters, and the pumps. In case of ink leakage, the trays prevent any ink from dripping onto the floor.

NOTE

Only available for new installations.

An ink leakage tray consists of a plastic bin and a lid.

Procedure

  1. When you notice any ink leakage from the parts below the connection of the ink bags, ink filters, or ink pumps, check the corresponding tray (left or right).
  2. Clean and dispose of all ink safely, taking all safety precautions into account regarding handling uncured ink. You can use the tray for waste disposal and order a new, clean tray when needed.
    NOTE

    Please keep in mind that the lid of the tray does not have a locking function.

    CAUTION

    UV inks and flush liquids can be harmful if not properly handled. Always follow the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) guidelines carefully in order to ensure maximum safety.
