You can connect to the remote server of your service organisation to update licences automatically. In this dialogue, you need to provide the following information:
The path to the licence file. The updated licence file is downloaded from the remote server of your service organisation to this folder. The folder is the input folder for the licence server.
Both the [Floating Licence Server] and the account that runs the 'PRISMAprepare ORS service' must have access rights to the folder.
You can find the expiry date of the licence in the [About] of the application.

Activate a licence manually |
You can manually install and activate a licence file when your system is not connected to the Internet.

Click button [Licence path].
Browse to the folder where you want to store the licence file.
By default, the licence path is: <installation path>\Oce\Floating License Server\DroppedLicense.
The licence path is empty when the [Floating Licence Server] is installed remotely.
[Detect licence path automatically]
When you enable this option, the licence path is filled in automatically when the [Floating Licence Server] is installed locally.
The licence path cannot be detected when the [Floating Licence Server] is installed remotely. You have to define the licence path manually.
Click [OK].
