Print environments where the imagePRESS C910 Series printer is installed differ in many aspects. Therefore, it is difficult to describe the user roles that are applicable to all print environments. The imagePRESS C910 Series has several default user accounts: system administrator, key operator, central operator, maintenance operator, and operator. The system administrator is responsible for the user authorisation and user authentication. The system administrator gives you the access rights that correspond with the tasks you must perform on the printer.
This operation guide is developed to support users that are responsible for the job management, workflow management, colour and media management, print quality and colour validation, and printer maintenance.
The system administrator is responsible for the security, the connectivity, the user authorisation and authentication, and several workflow configurations. These tasks are not part of this operation guide.
