You can submit a new job on behalf of an existing customer.
The print files can be added directly or at a later time

Select one of the existing users from the list.
Use the [New contact] option to create a new customer account, see Add contact
The label can be used as a supplementary field for sorting and easier retrieval of a set of jobs with a common characteristic. You can use it to specify the product type, e.g. brochure, flyer.
