[Add job]

Introduction

You can submit a new job on behalf of an existing customer.

The print files can be added directly or at a later time

Fields with a red border are mandatory.

Procedure

  1. Click the button to add a new job.
  2. (optional) Add the file(s): click on [Add files]: one or more .PDF files can be added from the local storage.
  3. [Customer]:
    • Select one of the existing users from the list.

    • Use the [New contact] option to create a new customer account, see Add contact

  4. [Label] (optional): a label for the job.
    NOTE

    The label can be used as a supplementary field for sorting and easier retrieval of a set of jobs with a common characteristic. You can use it to specify the product type, e.g. brochure, flyer.

  5. [Job name]: Provide a meaningful name for the job.
  6. [Job details]: Provide any additional details from the customer.
  7. [Operator remarks]: Add any other relevant notes.
  8. [Notify other operators]:
    • Checked

      The rest of operators will receive an email notification.

    • Unchecked

      Only one operator will be notified with an email.

  9. Click [Submit]
