Stamp the document

In this exercise, two types of stamps are created and added to the selected pages of the document.

  1. Open the file PP_AdminManual_Letter.pdf.

  2. In the left pane, select the [Document] workspace.

  3. From the menu, click [Select]  → [All] to select all pages.

  4. From the menu, select [Pages]  → [Apply stamp]  → [From stamp catalog...]. The [Stamps] catalogue opens containing the list of available stamps.

  5. Click [New]. The [New stamp] dialogue opens.

  6. Fill in for the text stamp:

    1. Name: Confidential

    2. Type: select [Text]

    3. Font: define your own settings and type 'CONFIDENTIAL'

    4. Enable [Scale text to page]

    5. Location: [In front of page content]

    6. Rotation: 45°

    7. Fill in the other attributes

  7. Click [OK].

  8. Click [Apply].

  9. Save the file in the 'Participants' folder on the desktop with the name Scenario_129.pdf.
