Create a note for the operator

You can create a note for the operator on several locations.

[Note for operator] on the control panel

A job that has a note for the operator has the following symbol.

1. Touch the job.

2. In the [Original] pane, touch [Note for operator].

3. Touch [Edit].

4. Enter a message for the operator.

5. Touch [OK].

6. Touch [Close].

7. Touch [OK].
