Create, download, and print configuration report

Create configuration report from Settings Editor

The configuration report provides an overview of the configuration of the printer. You can print the actual configuration report.

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Support]  → [Troubleshooting] .

2. Go to the [Logging and reports] section.

3. Click the [Configuration report (create and download)] setting.

4. In the [Configuration report (create and download)] dialog box, click [Create configuration report].

5. Click the PDF file and store it on an external location.

6. Click [OK].

Print configuration report from Settings Editor

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Support]  → [Troubleshooting] .

2. Go to the [Logging and reports] section.

3. In the [Logging and reports] option group, click [Print configuration report].

   

4. Click the [Configuration report (print)] setting.

5. In the [Configuration report (print)] dialog box, click [Print configuration report].

6. Click [OK] to send the job to print the report to the print queue.

Print configuration report from control panel

1. On the control panel, touch: [System]  → [Setup]  → [System configuration]  → [Logging and reports] .

   NOTE

   You can also touch the button on the left-hand side of the start screen of the control panel and touch [System configuration].

2. In the [Print configuration report] field, touch [Start].

3. The job to print the report is sent to the print queue.
