In order to comply with the data protection and privacy legislation, PRISMAlytics Accounting allows you to anonymise the user-related data.
This does not apply to the content of the reports already saved in the [Archive].

Enabled:
For as long as the setting is active, any data retrieval from the devices will obfuscate this sensitive information.
Disabled:
Sensitive information is kept.
Affected fields are:
[Username]
[Job name]
NOTE
This operation is not reversible!
This operation is not applied on the data already present in the database, nor to the already generated reports saved in the [Archive] or on the local storage space!
