The configurable parameters for PRISMAprepare Go are visible in this workspace.
Depending on your user's role, some settings can be changed, while some will be read-only. The users with the "[Administrator] " role are able to change any the settings.
Some of the configurable parameters refer to global settings, such as:
Preflight settings
the interval for the image resolution required for a successful
Notification settings
whether the PRISMAprepare Go user should receive email notifications, and in which cases
The validity of the emails:
for customer account creation
for a job link
Anonymisation flag and duration (whether the personal information should be deleted)
The administrator can enable the notifications mechanism for each user.
When the [Notify] setting is active, each time a print job changes status, an email notification can be sent to the operator in charge.
Each user can change any of the notification settings for their own account.
The actual notifications are sent only if the [Notify] is checked.
The [Notifications] table contains the following information:
