Explore page programming

To start with page programming, click [Start page programming].

Page programming options

  1. The [Subset] field shows the subsets.

    The [Pages] field shows the number of pages of the subset.

  2. Click the arrow to open a subset. The pages are visible.

  3. Click the first page and click [Insert]. Select [Insert before] or [Insert after] to add a sheet (two pages).

  4. Select the added pages and click [Delete].

  5. To create a new subset, click [Split subset]. Indicate the first page of the new subset and click [Confirm].

  6. Define media for the new subset. To do that, select the subset and click the [Media] setting in the [Settings] panel.

  7. Select both subsets and click [Merge subsets]. The [Media] field shows: [Mixed media]. Go to the [Media] setting in the [Settings] panel to see which media are used.

  8. Select the subset and change one or more finishing settings. Your selection will be displayed.

  9. Click [Finish together] or [Finish separately] to define whether subsets will have the same or different finishing settings.

  10. To select a page or range of pages, use the [Select] button. The [Select] menu has several options to select pages.

    • [Select all]: select all pages.

    • [Select none]: undo the selection.

    • [Select first page of all subsets]: select the first page of each subset.

    • [Select last page of all subsets]: select the last page of each subset.

    • [Select used media]: define pages that have media you indicate.

    • [Select page range]: define a page range.

  11. Click [Apply page programming] to apply the changes.
