Manage the users accounts

Introduction

The [List of users] lets you perform actions depending on the current status of the user's account:

  • You can send email messages to your employees with the invitation to create an account

  • For the already registered users, you can prohibit the access to the portal, marking the user account as [Inactive]

  • Or you can revert the operation and mark the user account as [Active]

The user account can be in one of the following states:

Status

Explanation

[Active]

User is active.

[Inactive]

User account was set to inactive by the administrator.

This user cannot log in.

[Unregistered]

User did not yet create an account.

The invitation was sent, but no user account has been created.

When you select one entry in the list of users table, a series of buttons are added on the current row, depending on the possible actions:

  • Use the button to delete the user's account. You will be asked to confirm the action. This action cannot be performed for your account.

    NOTE

    This operation is not reversible.

  • Use the button to mark the user as inactive and prohibit access to the applications

  • Use the button to mark the user as active, and grant access to the applications

  • Use the button to resend the invitation email
