The [List of users] lets you perform actions depending on the current status of the user's account:
You can send email messages to your employees with the invitation to create an account
For the already registered users, you can prohibit the access to the portal, marking the user account as [Inactive]
Or you can revert the operation and mark the user account as [Active]
The user account can be in one of the following states:

User account was set to inactive by the administrator. This user cannot log in. |
[Unregistered] |
User did not yet create an account. The invitation was sent, but no user account has been created. |
When you select one entry in the list of users table, a series of buttons are added on the current row, depending on the possible actions:
Use the button to delete the user's account. You will be asked to confirm the action. This action cannot be performed for your account.
This operation is not reversible.
Use the button to mark the user as inactive and prohibit access to the applications
Use the button to mark the user as active, and grant access to the applications
Use the button to resend the invitation email
