Manage the automation templates

Rename

1. Click [Renombrar].

2. Type a name and a description for the automation template.

   • Enable option [Añadir a lista de selección] to add the template to the [Lista de selección]. The [Lista de selección] is a subset of the [Catálogo de plantillas de automatización]. You can apply a template to a document without having to open the [Catálogo de plantillas de automatización].

Delete

1. Click [Suprimir].

Add to pick list

Click the slider in front of the name of the automation template. When the slider displays a checkmark, the automation template is added to the pick list. When the slider displays a cross, the automation template is removed from the pick list.

You can also do:

1. Click [Renombrar].
