Adobe Illustrator cannot export elevated designs that contain reserved spot/channel names.
If the swatches associated with your design contain one or more unsupported spot colours (such as "Spot1" "SpotN" or "OCESFX_") and you click on [Export to PDF], the following message will be displayed: [The channel names "Spot 1-6" used in the document are not supported. Before you export to PDF, make sure that you rename the channel names.].
NOTE
This message will be displayed even if the unsupported spot colours are not used in your design.
When you want to use spot colours, make sure you use your own custom names. Do not use the spot colours 1–6 in order to avoid any incompatibility with the printer channel configuration of the Touchstone.
