SMB shares for CGATS / PRISMAcolor Manager

SMB share usage is facilitated without SCAN2FILE license. With the delivery of CGATS data to SMB network shares automated processing of this data is enabled by software that uses this, for example, PRISMAcolor Manager.

NOTE

The functionality of PRISMAcolor Manager has not been fully evaluated for the varioPRINT iX-series.

Add an SMB share

The system administrator can add SMB shares in the Settings Editor.

Define the export location of CGATS reports

1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Color]  → [Color validation & verification] .

2. Click [Configure].

3. Use the [Location of CGATS reports] setting to select one of the pre-configured SMB shares.
