Register PRISMAsync devices in PRISMA Home using the internal cloud connector

As mentioned in the previous section, you'll first need to determine the required connection type, which depends on both the controller and the application you're using.

As outlined in the previous section, the first step is to identify the appropriate connection type, which depends on both your controller and the application in use. If you've determined that the Internal Cloud Connector of PRISMAsync is required, please follow the instructions below

Procedure:

1. Log in to PRISMAsync.

   NOTE

   You need to have [Access to connectivity settings] rights. By default, only the [System administrator] has these rights.

2. Open the Settings Editor within PRISMAsync on the printer and go to [Configuration]  → [Connectivity] .

3. Go to the [Cloud service] section.

4. Enable the [PRISMAlytics Dashboard] setting.

5. Click the link [Register printer for cloud service].

6. You will be redirected to the PRISMA Home login page.

   Use the credentials of your tenant admin to have the device registered.
