When creating a new tenant, you need to also assign at least one administrator account.
The [Administrator] panel displays the users with administrative privileges for the selected tenant. The ones that did not successfully register have a button to [Resend invitation].
You can add more administrators to an existing tenant.
Each email address can only be used once.
Navigate to the
.Select the [Administrators] panel.
Provide the name of the new administrator.
Provide the email address.
This address will be set as the user's identity and used for logging in. The email address should be unique for the selected tenant. This address is not necessarily the identity email address (used for logging in). The identity address is set when registering the user.
Select the starting default language for the administrator. (Can be changed later by the user.)
Click [OK].
An invitation email will be sent to the email address — the email will contain a link. The user will be required to provide a password for being granted access to the portal. The link can be used one time only, and is set to expire after 3 days.
