Consider a distributed system. The components of the system must authenticate themselves to the server. You can define the logon credentials for the components in this dialogue. Use these credentials when you install the components.
Click [System] - [Services settings] - [Advanced infrastructure].

Define a username and password.
This user must belong to the [Services] group. The application restarts when you change the username or password.
Click [System] - [Services settings] - [Advanced infrastructure].
Click [Change password].
Type a new password. Use the following rules to define a strong password:
The password must have at least 8 characters.
The password must use both upper case and lower case characters.
The password must contain at least one number.
The password must contain at least one symbol.
The password must be different from the user name.
Confirm the password.
You have to restart the server and all web servers of PRISMAdirect for the system to work properly.
