Configure the general settings for non-page programmed documents

The settings in this dialogue will be applied to a non-page programmed document when you open the document.

  1. Click [Herramientas] - [Opciones del documento limpio].

  2. Configure the general settings for non-page programmed documents.

    Description

    [Abrir cuadro de diálogo 'Guardar como' para documentos convertidos]

    This option enables the [Guardar como...] dialogue for converted documents when saved for the first time. Documents are converted by the application when the original document is:

    • A non-page programmed PDF

    • A PDF with an ODW 3.6.x page programme

    • A Microsoft Office document

    Use the [Guardar como...] functionality to keep the original PDF document.

    The PDF boxes are checked when you open a non-page programmed PDF document . The application can change the PDF boxes, see ¿Qué casillas de PDF se utilizan en un documento con programación de páginas?.

    Enable this option to display a warning if the PDF boxes are changed by the application.

    The PDF boxes are checked when you open a non-page programmed PDF document . Enable this option to display a warning when the document contains a bleed box.

    Document layout

    [1 cara o 2 caras]

    Define if the application opens a non-page programmed PDF as a 1-sided or 2-sided document.

    [Tipo de encuadernado]

    The position of the binding edge determines how the pages are printed on the paper. You can select the following options:

    • [Izquierda]

      The document will print so that the pages of the produced document turn over the left side of the paper.

    • [Superior]

      The job will print so that the pages of the produced document turn over the top side of the paper.

    • [Derecha]

      The job will print so that the pages of the produced document turn over the right side of the paper.

    [Usar papel predeterminado]

    Assign a default media to the pages of the non-page programmed document when the document is opened for the first time.

    Click [Definir papel predeterminado] to select a default media for non-page programmed PDFs.

    [Opciones para convertir PowerPoint a PDF]

    The default options used when you import PowerPoint files.

    • [Diapositivas de página completa]

      Import all slides as separate pages. The layout and page options as defined in PowerPoint are used.

    • [Folletos]

      Combine one or more slides on one page. Define the number of slides per page. You can also define the order of the slides.

    • [Páginas de notas]

      Put one slide and its notes per page. You can use the [Orientación de la página] option in combination with this option.

    • [Enmarcar diapositivas]

      Select this option to put a thin line around the slides.

    [Abrir el cuadro de diálogo "Opciones para convertir PowerPoint a PDF"]

    This option allows you to enter the conversion settings when you open a PowerPoint file.

  3. Click [Aceptar]
