Define the [Delivery] settings

Introduction

The [Delivery] dialog box allows you to specify how the document must be delivered in the output tray.

  1. Select the whole document.

  2. Navigate to [Settings]  → [Production settings]  → [Delivery].

  3. Depending on the configured output locations and the selected printer, you can select an available [Output location] form the list:

    • [Stacker top tray]

    • [Stacker/stapler main tray]

    • [Stacker/stapler upper tray]

    • [Stacker/stapler booklet tray]

    • [Booklet maker tray]

    • [Folder main tray]

    • [Stacker main tray]

    One additional entry is added in this list: [Auto].

  4. Select the desired [Face orientation]:

    • [Face down]

    • [Face down]

  5. [Rotate 180 degrees]

    The [Output location] of a job can be an external finisher. Some external finishers require a 180 degree rotation of the jobs before the jobs go into the external finisher. The documentation of the external finisher describes how a job must go into the external finisher.

    If a 180 degree rotation is required, you select this setting.

  6. [Sort]

    You can specify the sorting method:

    • [By set]

      The pages of a job will be sorted in the order 123, 123, 123.

    • [By sheet]

      The sheets of a job will be sorted in the order 111, 222, 333.

  7. [Offset stacking]

    If set, the job is stacked in the [Output location] as one straight stack.

  8. [Separator sheet]

    Select this option to separate each set by a separator sheet.
