Create, edit, and delete custom user groups

This topic contains the following instructions.

What are custom user groups

User groups that you created yourself on PRISMAsync Print Server.

You can assign custom user accounts and factory defined user accounts to a custom user group.

Go to the user groups

  1. Open the Settings Editor and go to: [Configuration]  → [Groups].

Create a custom user group

  1. Click [Add].

    [Groups] menu
  2. Define the access rights.

    Add group
  3. Click [OK].

Edit a custom user group

  1. Select the user group.

  2. Click [Edit].

    [Groups] menu
  3. Define the access rights.

  4. Click [OK].

Delete custom user groups

  1. Select one or more custom user groups.

  2. Click [Delete].
