Convert colour page to grayscale page for B&W accounting

In this exercise, a complete document is converted to grayscale. This can be useful for accounting reasons and to be sure that the document is treated as B&W.

1. Open the file Flyer_BITE_A4.pdf.

2. In the left pane, select the [Pages] workspace.

3. Select all pages.

   NOTE

   You can also select one or more pages to convert to grayscale.

4. From the menu, select [Pages]  → [Convert to greyscale] . The selected pages are converted to grayscale.

5. Save the file in the 'Participants' folder on the desktop with the name Scenario_134.pdf.
