PRISMAlytics Accounting comes with a set of different user roles. A role is composed by a set of permissions.
In PRISMAlytics Accounting there are three defined roles:
PRISMAlytics Accounting [Viewer]
consisting solely of Read permissions
This user role gives access to the [Reports] app. The reports cannot be saved in the [Saved reports] app, but data from the report can still be exported.
PRISMAlytics Accounting [Operator]
consisting of Read, Write and ManageConfig permissions. The operator is an PRISMA Home defined role that permits the logged in user to access the PRISMAlytics Accounting functionality.
This user role gives access to the [Reports] and [Saved reports] app, with full rights.
Inside [Configurations] app, the [Email settings] are not accessible.
PRISMAlytics Accounting [Administrator]
Role that enables management over all aspects of the application.
