Cannot find your media, print mode or printer in the drop-down lists of the PRISMAguide XL Engine

This may happen if you add a new media, mode, or printer. In this case, you need to go to [Settings] in the PRISMAguide XL Engine and click on [Update printers and media] (see Synchronize printers, media and print mode settings).
