This may happen if you add a new media, mode, or printer. In this case, you need to go to [Settings] in the PRISMAguide XL Engine and click on [Update printers and media] (see Synchronize printers, media and print mode settings between the PRISMAguide XL Engine and Caldera).
NOTE
Make sure that Caldera is running on the same network.
